WHOLESALE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Miaou is seeking a Wholesale Account Executive. As a representative of Miaou, the ideal candidate must have established relationships with current and potential ecommerce, specialty & multi-door specialty accounts. The candidate should be a quick learner, self-starter, dependable, and proactive with the ability to excel under pressure. This position is overseeing Global Territory (North America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia) and reports to the CEO and COO.
The candidate will participate in all major market weeks for their domestic and international markets, as well as service accounts through travel & road work in the territory. The candidate will conduct knowledge seminars at our retailers. As Wholesale Account Executive, the position focuses on building strategies to expand our sales, assisting clients with inventory and sales, and working in tandem with a supportive and innovative team.
Advanced contemporary wholesale sales
Participate in product knowledge seminars with retail partners
Travel to Paris and New York seasonal markets, and throughout assigned territory
Identifying new business opportunities
Provide weekly selling reports and analysis of the business to Executive Team on a weekly basis
Strategize and cross-collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams
-Develop strategies to maintain and increase the business
-Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Selling Reports
-Advanced contemporary wholesale sales
-Identifying new business opportunities
-3+ years experience in wholesale sales in a related industry (apparel, accessories)
-Relationships with ecommerce and specialty accounts internationally
-Ability to open new accounts, cold call
-Ability to develop new strategies to maintain and increase business
-Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V/H Lookups, etc.)
Experience with Apparel Magic, Full Circle, Shopify Plus, SkyPad, Joor, NuOrder

Miaou is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO / Creative Director and COO.
-Flight bookings, accommodations
-Help around the office
-Act as receptionist
-Organizing contractors, etc.
Some travel will be involved including things like photoshoots, paris and new york fashion week, runway shows, market appointments.
-Must have experience using Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Suite and be an excellent communicator and HIGHLY organized
-LA based, and can work flexibly with a remote/hybrid schedule out of their office in DTLA. This person's schedule will revolve around the CEO's schedule
-Would help to be bilingual in French as the Executive team is frequently in Paris
-Having an interest in fashion is important!

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
As the Customer Experience Manager you would be responsible for providing exceptional customerservice to a global audience and represents the Miaou brand image and overall company mission.
-Deliver an elevated customer experience through email, chat and our social media platforms representing the brand with integrity and care.
-Escalate situations, troubleshoot, investigate, resolve issues (complex or long-standing).
-Provide valuable insights to the company based on data (ticket and outreach volume) around product adoption, brand services and offerings.
-Review customer communication and think creatively about how to decrease the number of customer contacts.
-Basic day to day functions include tracking orders, processing refunds/exchanges, providing product details.
-3-5 years of experience in a customer service-related field (B2C, not B2B)
-Knowledge of Excel
-Project Management experience
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Direct experience in Contact Center Operations (Customer Service, Sales, or Collections)
-Experience with CRM platforms such as ZenDesk, Magento, etc a plus

Miaou is seeking a part-time intern to assist in day to day tasks and support in the general operations in our studio. This is a fall internship in our Los Angeles office, ideally committing to 15-20 hours per week (Full or Part Time - 2-2 days/week minimum)
-Assist in day to day product runs within DTLA.
-Run daily office errands and help with administrative tasks.
-Assist in streamlining pulls and returns.
-Assist in customer service via socials.
-Assist in the organization of studio inventory.
-Must have at least one prior fashion internship/job.
-Must have vehicle.
-Must be based in Los Angeles.
